Teeth, teeth, and more teeth...

See the blue lines? After seeing multiple orthodontists, we made a decision and started the process. Carly is an easy case. She had one small cavity filled and sealants (at our pediatric dentist), and then the orthodontist made a mold of her mouth and inserted these blue spacers. They are between each molar, and they are making space for the metal brackets that will go around the molars to anchor the braces. Top braces will happen in two days, and then lower braces in a few months. We are on our way to a straight smile!

On another note, both Eva and Broden had additional dental work and cleanings. Eva seems to have weak permanent teeth, a lot like Broden. We caught one tooth in time to save it, so we are moving forward!
