yesterday's post), I encouraged Carly to go ahead and make some cookies. We had all of the ingredients, I got down an easy recipe, and I left the kitchen. When I checked in later, I discovered the flat cookies. I asked her about the recipe, she got defensive, I reassured her and walked through some of the major ingredients, she admitted adding a little too much baking soda, and we ate a flat cookie. It was a great reminder to celebrate failure!
